Fishing in Ohio
Ohio's Lake Erie shoreline is the walleye capital of the world. Western basin near Sandusky, Put-in-Bay, and Port Clinton produce walleye runs that draw hundreds of thousands of anglers each year. The Ohio River holds catfish, sauger, and bass. Inland, Pymatuning Reservoir and Clear Fork Reservoir provide excellent bass and crappie fishing.
