Fishing in Tennessee
Tennessee's TVA reservoir system makes it one of the top fishing states in the South. Reelfoot Lake in the northwest is famous for crappie. The Clinch and Holston rivers below Cherokee and Watauga dams are Gold Medal tailwater trout fisheries. Dale Hollow, Norris, and Percy Priest lakes offer excellent bass, walleye, and striper fishing.
