Pacific Barracuda Fishing Guide
Pacific barracuda are the speedsters of the Southern California inshore scene — sleek, chrome-and-green predators that slash through bait balls and crash surface iron with savage precision. They arrive each summer as water warms north of the border and provide phenomenal sport on light spinning gear. Bled immediately and filleted fresh, their firm white meat is excellent for tacos, grilling, or smoking.
Pacific Barracuda is a saltwater species.
